Japanese American Families for Justice are a multigenerational community of organizers including descendants of incarceration, committed to remembering our history and building a movement of healing and solidarity through art, culture and collective action.

I took one of the JAFams4Justice fabric protest sign panels and added quilt blocks, quilting, and a pieced binding. My quilted banner hangs proudly on my porch, reminding passersby that “never again is now”.
